At Philix Technologies, we respect our clients' privacy. We have a long standing policy of protecting the privacy of our clients in all of our business operations.

To do so requires that we ask our clients for certain information, however it is important that you have the peace of mind that Philix Technologies will use this information responsibly and in a manner that you expect. As a Philix Technologies client you are asked to provide certain pieces of information to provide you with the best possible service. As a result, Philix Technologies has some basic information about you. 6. In conjunction with special offers or programs, we may disclose clients' personal information to our program partners, or to third-party agents responsible for administering such offers or programs. Any such disclosure is made on a confidential basis.
